Benjamin Busch, DO, FACOEP, Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Benjamin A. Busch

Dr. Busch is a Board Certified Emergency Physician and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians. He graduated with Honors from Michigan State University Lyman Briggs School and medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing an Emergency Medicine residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, he worked for Kaiser Permanent in the San Francisco Bay Area and has been a clinical instructor and academic lecturer for the University of California San Francisco, Alameda County Medical Center (Highland General) and University of Colorado Emergency Medicine Residency Programs. Currently he is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Engage PX, a Health Information Technology company focused on developing meaningful patient engagement solutions to improve the experience, quality and cost-effectiveness of healthcare delivery. Dr. Busch is the Manager of Network Expansion and Special Projects, a Physician Member of the Medical Board at Ross Medical Corporation, the creator of telemedicine platform AirVisits.com, and Telemedicine911.com

Andrew graduated from Calvin University in 2001 with a degree in mathematics. He received his Masters in Math Education from Western Michigan University. He has 20 years of experience in the mathematics, statistics, programming and education.

Heather Santiago, MBA, Chief Technology Officer

Heather Santiago

After graduating from the University of Florida in 2012, Heather Santiago received her MBA from Webster University. Since then, she has spent most of her career focused on custom Epic builds and Epic implementations. Recently, she has embarked on a new career path as a traveling project manager in the technology innovation research field.

Jabari Reeves

Dr. Jabari Reeves is a board certified Emergency Physician who received his Medical Degree from UCLA/Charles Drew School of Medicine concurrently with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Since finishing residency training in 2004, Dr. Reeves has worked as an Emergency Medicine physician in the San Francisco Bay Area and greater Northern California in over 20 different hospital settings.
